For Visa and Mastercard transactions the holder of the card must be a member of 3-D Secure in order to complete the purchase. The details requested in the "BILLING ADDRESS" fields must correspond to the address on the credit card used for the purchase. If these do not correspond we will not be able to complete your purchase.   • FREE: from 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation (from 8am to 6pm )
Cost and delivery times for items not in stock
  • FREE: 15 working days after order has been confirmed ( from 8am to 6pm ) - any import taxes or customs charges are to be paid by the buyer.
Delivery Conditions

To guarantee the quality of the service we ask you to be careful to fill out your full delivery address. The name of the City must be written in the 'City' field and must correspond to the postal code. Additional information may be written into the C/O field. It will not be possible to change the shipping address once the order has been completed. If payment is through bank transfer, shipping times will begin from when the payment has been received. Maria Fiorello srl will advise as to the state of your order. You will also receive messages on your cell phone number from the courier advising on the status of the parcel ship date and delivery date. You may also keep track of your order through your account. All our products are shipped gift wrapped. Orders placed with the Click & Collect valid for picking up your order directly at the Atelier will be held for a maximum of 15 days after which the items will be returned and the order cancelled. If a third party is to collect the order please ensure this person has a copy of the confirmation e-mail, a personal document, a document of yours and a signed authorization.

Returns and exchanges information

Goods cannot be exchanged nor returned, unless the items are damaged during shipping.
